We created an XA: Data Deli Augmented Reality Apron for San Mei Gallery’s ‘The Dinner Table’, the second edition of their annual winter fundraiser. We were invited to make an object for the dinner table, or about the communal experience of being at the dinner table.
The apron features an illustrated research drawing developed for our Data Deli project, which acts as a target for augmented reality when using a smart device and pointing it at the apron, activating 3D animated cookies that explode out from the apron.
It was great to see our Data Deli AR Apron on display at the San Mei gallery for the opening of The Dinner Table in December.
